Your Legal Manager’s Ten-step Approach

Your Legal Manager offers to its clients these categories of services, recognizing that not all clients will need to utilize all of these services.

Step One

Evaluates and prioritizes the client’s legal needs, both those recognized by the client and those that had not been recognized.

Step Two

Finds one or more suitable lawyers or law firms to recommend to the client for each legal need or project.

Step Three

Determines with the client’s executives a budget for Your Legal Manager and for the attorney or law firm to be retained for each legal need or project.

Step Four

Determines the company executives’ authorities and responsibilities in relation to the outside lawyers or law firms to be retained for each legal need or project.

Step Five

Assists the company to interview, evaluate and hire an attorney or law firm, identified by Your Legal Manager or the company, for each legal need or project.

Step Six

Serves as liaison for the company to the attorney or law firm hired by the company.

Step Seven

Arranges for interim reports to the client from the attorney or law firm hired by the company.

Step Eight

Arranges appropriate schedule and format for invoices from the attorney or law firm hired by the company.

Step Nine

Reviews and evaluates with the client on a regular basis the results of the attorney’s or law firm’s work.

Step Ten

Initiates a process for selection of a new outside attorney or law firm when the client determines that continuing with the existing attorney or law firm is not satisfactory.

This managed structure accomplishes better results and more effective attorney-client communications, as each of the above steps is carried out.

*The specific actions under each of the listed steps are proprietary to Your Legal Manager and will be provided to qualified potential clients upon an accepted request.
